Back of House is an artist management company built for artists who want to grow without losing sight of why they started making music in the first place. We take care of the business behind the artist — strategy, opportunities, partnerships, bookings, brand development and the endless moving pieces of building a sustainable career — so our artists can put their energy where it matters most: the music.

We believe great management isn’t about controlling an artist’s career. It’s about creating the structure, strategy and support that allows them to take it further. We work collaboratively with our artists to understand what they want their career to look like, then help build the team, opportunities and roadmap to get them there.

With a focus on DJs, producers and emerging electronic artists, Back of House combines hands-on management with long-term career development. From negotiating opportunities and building industry relationships to developing new revenue streams, securing funding and turning creative ideas into real projects, we handle what happens behind the scenes so our artists can stay focused on what happens on stage.
